Yes. The Autumn Park HOA Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, as well as the City of Novi Ordinance Codes both list commercial trailers on residential property as a violation. These items are strictly prohibited and can be cited by both the City Ordinance/Compliance Officer as well as the HOA Board Member/Committee in charge of enforcing the rules. Please note...The APHOA would like to resolve any issues on a friendly basis and not cause undue stress to any homeowner; extenuating circumstances arise and exceptions can be made on a very temporary basis to assist the homeowner reach compliance.

Earlier this year, the Novi City Council unanimously passed a motion directing City staff to draft an ordinance which would move Novi to a single trash hauler system.
