Architectural Control Committee - The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is responsible for reviewing applications for exterior architectural and landscaping changes from individual homeowners. The ACC approves or denies submitted changes by homeowners. The ACC is also responsible for developing draft architectural guidelines and related regulations for submission to the Board of Directors for approval. This committee enforces the architectural guidelines and related regulations as directed by the Board of Directors. |

Board of Directors - The Board of Directors is the Governing Body of the Homeowners Association |

Communications Committee - The Communications committee provide the mechanisms for keeping the members of the Homeowners Association informed as to Association events and activities. The committee is in charge of the publication of newsletters, directories, and welcome packets. |

Maintenance Committee - The Maintenance Committee is responsible for monitoring and supervising maintenance of all common areas. The common areas include wetlands, ponds, trails and greenways, neighborhood parks, entranceways, sidewalks, and buffer areas. The Maintenance Committee implements and maintains grounds-related projects such as common area landscaping, irrigation and snow removal, clean-up programs and holiday decorations. In addition, the Maintenance Committee makes appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning regulations, budget, planning, contracts, reserve funds, and other areas related to facilities and grounds. |

Social Committee - The Social Committee Organizes Association Sponsored Social Events |
