What do my associatioin dues pay for?
Annual dues in HOA Hills are used for many services that keep the subdivision operating and looking nice. Some of these services include garbage collection, lawn maintenance in common areas, snow removal, insurance, and several social activities.

What do I do if our garbage collection copany does not pick up my garbage?
Call Leland Waste & Recycling at 614.555.2345 and ask for customer service. If you are current with your association dues, and they neglected to pick up your trash, they will make a special trip out to take your waste.
